I'm leveling an Oracle right now, although at lvl 15 he's basically just a Stormcaller still. I'm loving the Storm mastery so much that I haven't touched Spirit yet.

I'd like some advice on how to proceed. Right now I have 1 in Storm Nimbus and 3 in Static Charge, for the +% lightning dmg. 6 in Squall, as I said; 1 in Storm Surge, 1 in Lightning Bolt, and 1 in Summon Wisp. I'm working on raising my Storm Mastery so I can get Eye of the Storm.

At what point should I start putting points into Spirit? Should I max out everything that I want in Storm first? Also, I looked at Spirit Mastery and a lot of the skills look great, so much that I'm not sure how to prioritize them. Can someone give me an idea of how I should build the Spirit side of my Oracle?
