Could you upload a copy of this file:
...\My Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne\Working\Database\Templates\Character.tpl
This seems to be the one that is the actual problem. The
player.tpl file I uploaded doesn't actually have the triggerBoundingVolumes variable; it just
#includes# this file which has the variable.

I also put a new link above to a zip that includes the character.tpl file. This is mainly for the
next person who happens along - I think your problems go beyond just missing templates. You may want to compare it to the copy you have, though (you can open them in notepad - they're just text files).
