The only way that a project like this will get done is if we just
do it. Whenever I make or find a fix, I'll attach it to this post. I recommend that others do the same. If someone decides that they want to be the guy to collect all of the files into one unit, then they should just do it. Let's not waste time and energy trying to delegate roles to strangers over the internet.
Filesize permitting, we should try to post our fixes as raw dbrs (placed in the correct directory structure, of course). This will make combining things much easier than if everyone posts their work as packaged mods.

Attached files (will be updated as the situation warrants):
Triumph workaround: This is a borderline case. It is equal parts mod and fix. Personally, I think it should be included, but opinions may vary.
EDIT I removed the Triumph attachment, since much better versions now exist.
Smarter Nymph: Another borderline case. This causes the Nymph to stop saving up her energy for a rainy day and actually USE Nature's Wrath (she currently only uses it once every four shots, which makes it useless). The change easily doubles or even triples or damage output, and the Nymph is now an okay pet. She will bottom out her energy pretty fast, but I'd rather have a pet that always performs optimally but has to be recharged than a pet that has no energy issues but never does anything useful.
Smarter Nymph ONLY alters the Nymph's AI. It makes no changes to her stats or skills. It is a 100% "legit" mod.
EDIT I attached fixes for the Nymph's damage bug, the broken Hydra loot table, and the broken affixes on Diseased Plumage and Venom Sac charms. See this post:

Note that my fix for the charms is different from the French fix. The French simply deleted the reference to the broken affixes, which prevents the charms from spawning with a blank completion bonus. I decided to just fix the link instead of eliminating it. Both of these charms can now spawn with a +% poison effect, which appears to have been the original intent. Thanks goes to Arminia for locating the correct affix files.
