I see the problem. Those bottles you uploaded - those are the skins for the 3d bottle Actors, as they would appear on the ground or a table. You'll never see them unless you drop the bottle.
The colored bottles you see in a merchant are in
items/miscellaneous/oneshot/uibitmaps. I got the impression those are what you want edited.
Which do want? Maybe both?
