I just finished with the new profile feature, please redownload it and let me know what you think. You can use the menu to add the currently selected mods to a profile (specific to just the TQ or IT tab) or select add both to do both tabs. This will add the profile created to the drop down list to choose from.
I'm really happy with how it turned out, let me know if you have more ideas for it.
