I know what are you talking about long play session.
A session can live for one or two hours
I know it is a bit long
Lilith 1.0 will have a new system for people who have not still time to play hours ;-)
Did you kill a dangerous Boar ? Did you speak to Gardakan ?
The first part of the main quest begin here, You must save Mordak !
Everything is explaining in the quests and dialogs
Tell me if you have some problems but just be careful about what you need to do and you'll find your way without difficulty
You'll find new Teleport on strategic point on your way

Oh Please, begin a new character, it is a lot of better
And you'll do it again in Epic if you do enjoy
And Legendary is not totally optimized, it is not the best way to play Lilith for the first time
But as you like
Just beware, the first levels are really hard (until 7/8)
1.0 will be easier for the fist part...
