THQ i promise you, i´m going to never buy a game from you anymore if you dont help/support/pay IL to make the final patch.

Just to relieve some of the potential agony and dissapointment of people checking the forum constantly for news - I think the earliest we would be able to work on a patch is September
If we are able to start working on a patch I'll be sure to post and let people know it is in progress. I can't guarantee that we'll be able to afford putting programmers on a patch even in the fall, but if we can, that is when it would have to be. Even if we can't patch the rubberbanding we may still be able to put out a balancing patch if people are still interested in that. Hopefully people will still be playing by then. 90% of our team is currently tied up working on a contract "survival" project to keep us afloat while the other 10%, including myself, work on trying to get a contract for our "next big thing". As our current project gets closer to the end we may be able to borrow some people from the current project and do the patch but only time will tell.
Heh, of course I can only imagine what people will say if we release a patch with balancing fixes that doesn't fix rubberbanding. Probably something like "zomg! lazy stupid devs! wtf1!!~!1!! why put out a patch for a BROKEN game!!!! FIX THE GAME FIRST!>!#LK!O@%$U#)*" What do you think?
