It is for bosses. It is crucial. It helps a ton. (triumph is what implements the buffs and debuff)
Why do you have War horn and Distort reality? Do you really need two radius of effect attacks that stop people. I havent had an issue with needing to use it again before the cooldown has passed. You might do better by focusing on one. (distort reality)
