I just took points off Volcanic Orb and put them into Eruption, but couple of fellas here have advocated the use of plague, and since my summons help deal a fair bit of damage, i am thinking of switching, or maybe even using both.

I'd use both. With Susceptibility from Plague your Eruption or even Volcanic Orb become really strong!!
