To get to the Underworld or wherever the expansion starts, you'll probably need to pass trough the portal that appears in Olympia when Typhon dies. The adventure must continue from there. I believe that if you have a character that has finished legendary difficulty, you won't have to go trough IT in normal and epic but just play trough in legendary.
