You won't find a Heka on a Green map. Try opening the Getitall mod through Defiler, Heka should be laying around there somewhere.
Try to resist the temptation to utterly pimp your character out, I see Greenpeace and Getitall as the dynamic duo of field testing builds and gear configs rather than a way to cheat, but the window for abuse is there and open.
